Backup and export
Download class data before big changes, reports, or end of term cleanup.
Security notes
Use a teacher-only PIN, do not share the teacher dashboard link with students, and export backups regularly. Existing student work stays in the database even if you hide or remove a task.
Data cleanup
Use these controls when you need a fresh check-in cycle or want to remove testing records. Student login accounts are kept.
